Meeting expectations, schedules, and attendance policies.
Meeting Dates
All meetings will be from 7:45 a.m. to 8:10 a.m.
September 2nd (9/2)
October 7th (10/7)
November 4th (11/4)
December 9th (12/9)
Meetings
General meetings will be once a month. Officers will take attendance in the lobby. Please be sure to be on time!
If you are missing a meeting due to a makeup assessment, sickness, appointment, school field trip, or SAT zero period, please email us prior to the meeting. A reminder email, as well as a text from GroupMe and posts on Instagram, for meetings will be sent the day before. The members will be required to send an excuse email by 11:59 PM. An officer will notify if their absence has been excused or not. Emails in the morning of the day of the meeting will NOT be acceptable.
If you miss more than two meetings in a semester, you will be placed on probation.
